William E. Boone Sr., 71, peacefully transitioned on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.

He is survived by his wife, Andrea M. Boone; two children, Ebony N. Neptune and William E. Boone Jr.; his mother, Lois L. Boone; two brothers, Steven L. Boone and Vincent M. Boone; one sister, Yvonne J. Green; and five grandchildren.
