Charlie “Chop Chop” Jackson, 84, transitioned April 27, 2019, at Hampton VA Hospital. He was the son of the late Sarah Kee Jackson and Charlie “Boy” Jackson.

He was a truck driver for Pomerantz Paper Company of New York.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Peggy Ann Jackson, and other family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2019, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
