Barbara Ann Alston passed away peacefully on May 1, 2019 at the age of 67. Born in Suffolk on March 23, 1952, she worked for the Thomas J. Lipton company and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She leaves behind her sister Brenda A. Holland; niece Crystal L. Holland; great nieces Mya L. Miller and JaNyah L. Dildy; and a great nephew Jaden M. Williams. A service will be held at noon on May 14 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 2635 E. Washington St.
