A Suffolk man died in a two-vehicle crash on Holland Road on Sunday.

The crash between a Plymouth Neon and an SUV happened at 3:21 p.m. at the foot of the bypass in the 1500 block of Holland Road, according to a city press release. Taral G. Tarkelsen, 59, died at the scene.

The road reopened at 7:23 p.m. after an extensive investigation.
