Following are this week’s nominees for the Suffolk News-Herald Player of the Week:

• Landon Bonneville, freshman, King’s Fork High School baseball: Bonneville struck out nine in the Bulldogs’ win over I.C. Norcom High School.
• Caleb Pittman, senior, Nansemond River High School baseball: Pittman struck out 11 in a no-hitter against rival King’s Fork High School.
• Madison Inscoe, freshman, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy softball: Inscoe struck out a combined eight runners in two shutouts in the state semifinals and championship for the Lady Saints.
• Aryn Kinsey, sophomore, Lakeland High School softball: Kinsey went 3-5 with two RBIs and two doubles in a win over Indian River High School.
