Charles Lee Council, of Richmond, entered eternal rest and peace on May 17, 2019. He was a native of Suffolk and son of the late James and Sarah Council. He was married to the late Sylvia Jean Skeeter Council. He leaves one son, Jerron Council (Regina), of Chesterfield. Remains rest at Crocker Funeral Home, 900 E. Washington St., Suffolk, VA 23434. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2019, at New First Baptist Church, 1105 Hosier Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.
