Earlene Williams, 69, of Portsmouth, transitioned Monday, June 24, 2019, at Bon Secours Maryview Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2019, at Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Church. She will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
