The King’s Fork High School golf team picked up a win over Lakeland High School Monday afternoon.
After all three Suffolk Public School rivals have faced one another this season, King’s Fork finished 1-1 against city rivals. They fell to Nansemond River High School but were able to get a win against Lakeland Monday afternoon, 363-487, at Nansemond River Golf Course.
Lakeland went 0-2 on the year against their cross-town rivals.
Rebecca Hutchings was the medalist for King’s Fork, shooting 80.
