Rassie Parson passed away on Oct. 4, 2019 at 1343 Cherokee Court, Suffolk. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Davis and Annie Henderson; two brothers, Robert Davis and Richard Davis; one sister, Rossie Stitt; husband, Horace W. Parson; two sons, James Davis and Victor L. Parson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Stephanie Croker (Rick), of Suffolk; two sons, Albert Parson, of Portsmouth and Horace Parson Jr. (Betty), of Decatur, Ga.; sister, Molly Witsell, of Corona, N.Y.; daughter-in-law, Ida Davis; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2019, at East End Baptist Church, 1056 Portsmouth Blvd., Suffolk. She will be laid to rest in Roosevelt Memorial Park in Chesapeake. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
