Raiford Hugo Hunter Jr. 73, of Honeysuckle Lane, Chesapeake, transitioned Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019. A visitation with family will be held at noon Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, with a celebration of life starting at 1 p.m. He will be laid to rest in the church cemetery. The Rev. Dr. William L. Lang will deliver the message of comfort.
