Andrew Scott Piskorski

Andrew Scott Piskorski, 27, passed away Nov. 1, 2019. He was born in Cheyenne, Wyo., the son of Scott Andrew Piskorski and Judith Lorraine Benson. Andrew worked as a foundry furnace operator at Newport News Shipyard. Growing up in Yorktown, he attended Boy Scouts and was a member of Troop No. 306 St. Joan of Arc, Colonial Council. As an adult, he was immensely proud of his Scottish/Irish heritage and enjoyed all things Celtic. He also enjoyed helping on his family’s farm, Benson Alpaca Meadows, with his disabled brother, Justin.

Andrew is survived by his parents and their spouses, Judith Lorraine Benson (Burton), Scott Andrew Piskorski (Ashley); brother, Justin Allen Piskorski; and stepsiblings, Robert Benson, Cooper and Lexi Piskorski. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Evans Powell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Motorcycle Riders Foundation Awareness & Education Inc. at 2221 S.
