Miss Dekina Lanise Hamlin departed this earthly life on Nov. 11, 2019, in Richmond, after a long illness. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019, at the Zion Christian Church, 5200 Quaker Drive, Suffolk. Burial will in the Faulk Family Cemetery, Quaker and Longstreet Road, Suffolk. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15.
