Police seek help finding theft suspect

The Suffolk Police Department is looking for the public’s help in finding a man wanted for alleged connections to several recent burglaries and car thefts in the Bay Breeze Drive area of the city.

The man was seen on security cameras using stolen credit cards at two different locations that had been taken from a vehicle parked at a home in the Bay Breeze Drive area of North Suffolk, according to a city news release. The burglaries and auto thefts were reported on Nov. 22.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Tipsters can also submit tips by going to www.p3tips.com or by visiting the Suffolk Police Department website at www.suffolkva.us/spd and looking for the Suffolk Crime Line link. Tipsters never have to give their names or appear in court and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
