Ruth Esther Hill, 73, of Clary’s Drive, Suffolk, transitioned Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, at Rising St. James P.H.C. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
