Following are this week’s nominees for the Suffolk News-Herald Player of the Week:

Matthew Henson, junior, Nansemond River High School wrestling: Henson won the state title for the Warriors at 182.

Keimari Aris, senior, Lakeland High School basketball: Artis went for 34 points, including seven three-pointers, in a region win.

Quentin Livingston, junior, King’s Fork High School basketball: Livingston had 12 points, which included the game-winning shot to advance the Bulldogs.
