James “Big Eye” Parker, 81, of Suffolk, transitioned Thursday, May 21, 2020, at Concordia Transitional Care and Rehabilitation. A celebration of life will be held at noon, Thursday, May 28, 2020, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in the C.W. Ash Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
