Cressie Ann Boone, 76, of Franklin, entered into eternal rest on June 12, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, David Stewart Sr. and Jessie Mae Lewis Stewart; and three brothers, James Stewart, Willie Lee Stewart and Tim Stewart.

She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Vickie M. Bynum; one granddaughter, Shakebra Eley; one grandson, Tywann Eley; three great-grandchildren, Na’Karion, Zion and Levi Eley; three brothers, Ralph Lewis (Mattie), David Stewart Jr. and Kenny Stewart; five sisters, Eva Newton, Shirley Eley (Haywood), Pamela Stewart, Carolyn Parker and Janice Anderson (Abraham); caregivers, Lorraine Mitchell, Annette Flythe and Shulonda Flythe; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The memorial will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2020, at Metropolitan Funeral Home, 5605 Portsmouth Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23701.
