The charges took place after the Norfolk Police Department arrested the three for a series of burglaries in the area. The offenders would target cigarettes and other merchandise, the press release stated.

Police say the three are also facing charges in commercial burglaries that have taken place in other local cities. They are being held in the Norfolk City Jail with no bond.
