Ray Darnell Williams, 62, of Brook Avenue, Suffolk, transitioned Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2020, at his residence. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020, at Laurel Hill U.C.C.
