Shirley V.  Moton Bailey, 81, transitioned from this life on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A graveside celebration will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Baptist Cemetery, Berry Hill Road, Smithfield.  Public Viewing will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at Shivers Funeral Chapel.
