James Robert Arnot, 77, of Fort Meyers, Fla., formerly of Suffolk, passed away on Nov. 6, 2020. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16, at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Tim Cormany officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
