Vera C. Lawrence, of Suffolk, passed Nov. 2, 2020. Vera was the daughter of the late Robert and Erma Cross and the wife of the late Winborne Lawrence. She was predeceased by sisters, Louie C. Ashburn and Carolyn C. Fortune. She is survived by sisters Juanita C. Glover (Bernard) and Geneva C. Purvis, of Suffolk; as well as many nieces and nephews. Vera was a lifelong member of East End Baptist Church. The family will gather for a private graveside service. Arrangements made by Crocker Funeral Home.
