Dianashia “Bird” Vaughan, 20, passed away on Dec. 15, 2020. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 28, at the Metropolitan Funeral Service Portsmouth Chapel, 5605 Portsmouth Blvd., Portsmouth. A viewing will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 27, at the funeral home.
