Two people were injured in a crash on Bridge Road Tuesday morning.

The crash was reported at 6:42 a.m., according to a city press release. Suffolk Police and Suffolk Fire & Rescue responded.

One driver was transported to an area hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries, the press release stated. The other driver was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
