Thomas Joyner, 73, of Elwood Road, transitioned Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Little Mount Zion Baptist Church, 3288 Pruden Blvd. The Rev. Horace L. Bazemore will deliver the message of comfort.
