Katherine Delois Bland Ruffin passed away on Feb. 21, 2021, at her residence in Wakefield. She was a native of Suffolk (Chuckatuck). A public visitation will be held 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, 900 E.
