Sylvia Bowers of West Blackwater Road, Windsor, passed away on March 5 in New Jersey. A public viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 12, and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 13, at Chapel Grove UCC, 7366 W. Blackwater Road, Windsor, with the Rev. H. Carlyle Church Jr. delivering the message.
