Derek Vann Davis, 63, of Portsmouth, transitioned from this life on March 9, 2021, and is at rest awaiting the resurrection of the Saved.

He was the son of John Lee Davis and Jean Davis and the grandson of Perry Lambert, owner of The Horse Shoe Cafe. He graduated from Suffolk High School in 1975.
