Randal Givens, 63, of Saldo Bend, Suffolk, transitioned Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021, at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries. Pastor William Wiggins will deliver the message of comfort. He will be laid to rest in Mount Ray Cemetery.
