William Carroll Green III, 83, of Suffolk, passed away Friday, April 9, 2021. He was born in Norfolk. He was predeceased in death by his parents, William Carroll Green Jr. and Doris A. Green, and a brother, Robert E. Green.

He was a landscape designer for Winn Nursey of Virginia Inc. Bill was an avid horseman breeding, showing, and judging local shows.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary R. Green, and daughter Laura G. Mizelle and her husband, Aaron.

A memorial service will take place at 4 p.m. Friday, April 16, at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk. Burial will be private.
