The Suffolk Art League’s Annual Open Members’ Show will be on display through July 2 at the Suffolk Art Gallery, 118 Bosley Ave. This year’s show features 134 artworks by 71 artists.

The artworks include many different styles and mediums, from traditional oil and acrylic paintings to newer mediums such as cold wax and resin. With such a variety, there is certainly something that everyone will enjoy, including traditional still life and landscape paintings and abstract works. In addition to the two-dimensional works, glass, clay, wood and mixed media sculptures and jewelry are on display.

“We are very excited about the response by our members for this exhibition,” said Linda Bunch, SAL executive director. “Our member artists are from Suffolk, Hampton Roads, Western Tidewater and beyond. A few Suffolk natives who have moved away still come back to exhibit with us. We are delighted that the Suffolk Art Gallery is open and hope folks will feel comfortable coming to view the exhibit.”
