Brenda M. Moger, 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 30, 2021. A native of Norfolk, she was the daughter of Harry Willys Mills and Rosemary Dugan Mills. She is also predeceased by her brother, Michael Mills.

Much of Brenda’s life revolved around her animals. An avid horsewoman, she showed in both the English and Western rings at local shows. Later in life, she kept miniature burros as pets. But it was her dogs and cats that had her true devotion. Purebred labs and stray mutts all found a home with Brenda. Barn cats and house cats were equally welcome.

Brenda is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, Joseph Moger, of Suffolk, and her sister-in-law, Betty Mills, of Virginia Beach.
