UPDATE: Undetermined death ruled homicide

UPDATE: Suffolk Police have ruled a death they began investigating on Sunday as a homicide and released the name of the victim.

Police announced Monday that the undetermined death has been ruled a homicide. The victim has been identified as James Lee Golden, 58, of Suffolk.

Earlier: Suffolk Police are investigating an undetermined death, according to a city press release.

An adult male was found deceased in the 2300 block of Pruden Boulevard at the Regal Inn Motel on Sunday, according to a city press release. The death was reported at 4:33 p.m.
