Teens injured in shooting

Suffolk Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred Saturday afternoon in the area of Green Ash Court and Magnolia Drive.

Emergency Communications was contacted at 2:43 p.m. advising of the incident in the College Square area, according to a city press release.

Upon preliminary investigation, officers found two older teen males suffering from gunshot wounds. Both received emergency medical assessment and treatment by Suffolk Fire & Rescue personnel and were ground transported to a local hospital.
