Mrs. Verlicious Kelly Clark, 71, of Dock Landing Road, Chesapeake, transitioned Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at noon Saturday, Aug. 28, 2021, at Balm Church — East Campus. She will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
