Service has been entrusted to Metropolitan Funeral Services, 5605 Portsmouth Blvd., Portsmouth. Public viewing will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17, 2021. Homegoing service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at Balm Church, 523 E. Washington St. Presiding Clergy Bishop A.S. Hall. Burial will be at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
