Hubert “Buck” Talmadge Byrum Jr., 66, passed away Sept. 15, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Kevin Payne officiating.
