Joanne Ricks, 58, of Webb Street, transitioned Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021, at her residence. A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19, at Balm Church East Campus, 523 East Washington St. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
