William C. Rountree Sr., 75, of Locust Street, transitioned Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021, at his residence. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 125 County St. Dr. Robert Hobbs will deliver the message of comfort.
