Suffolk Police say a man has succumbed to injuries he suffered in a head-on collision on Oct. 20.

The crash happened at 3:22 p.m. in the 5000 block of Godwin Boulevard. It involved a Jeep and Ford SUV.

The driver who died has been identified as Timothy Durwood Lane, 64, of Chesapeake. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
