Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization meeting the legal requirements of the state of Virginia and the IRS and provide programs or services to Suffolk residents.

Qualifying organizations may apply for up to $100,000 for projects that respond to the coronavirus pandemic and its negative impacts on Suffolk residents or address economic harm sustained by the nonprofit organization as a result of the pandemic.
