A Suffolk man has been arrested and charged with a fatal shooting that happened Tuesday night, according to a city press release.

Isaiah Robert Moorman, 23, is charged with first-degree murder, discharge firearm in/at occupied building, felonious assault, and use or display firearm in commission of a felony.

The shooting happened in the 200 block of Burnetts Way about 7:50 p.m. Tuesday. The victim, Tre’von Antonyo Lewis, 22, of Suffolk, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
