George Henry Hale Jr., 78, passed away on Dec. 19, 2021, in Portsmouth. A visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021, at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be conducted at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, at Little Grove Baptist Church, Suffolk.
