Florine Whitehurst Evans, formerly of Crumpler Road passed away on Dec. 29, 2021. Viewing will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 9, at Chapman-JT Fisher Funeral Services Smithfield. An additional viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Monday, Jan. 10, at Chapel Grove UCC, Windsor. Due to Covid, a private life celebration service, limited to her children and grandchildren, will follow. Friends and family are welcome to witness the interment at the church cemetery. The family has entrusted Chapman-JT Fisher Funeral Services to handle the final care arrangements. In all gatherings face masks and social distancing are required.
