The Virginia Department of Health will hold a COVID-19 testing event this week.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 14 at the East Suffolk Recreation Center, 138 S. Sixth St.

The event will be PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) testing only and will be conducted by a VDH testing vendor.

No pre-registration is required.
