Peggy Louise Gilliam Sparling, 86, passed away on Jan. 11, 2022. A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with the Rev. Wayne Gardner officiating. Burial will be private at Newman Cemetery at Oakland Christian Church.  Memorial donations may be made to the Suffolk Humane Society.
