Robert Lee Fowler left this life on Jan. 7, 2022, at his home in Winton, N.C. A memorial will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Bob asks that you donate to the Coalition Against Poverty in Suffolk (CAPS) or preferably that you purchase a meal or donate a warm blanket for one of the many homeless citizens that habitat our community.
