Fannie A. Bowers of Lakeland Trail passed away on April 19, 2022, in Norfolk. A public viewing will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 29, at East End Baptist Church, 1056 Portsmouth Blvd. with Dr. Wayne D. Faison delivering the message of comfort.
