Police seek info on aggravated assault outside East Washington store

The Suffolk Police Department is asking for help identifying three people involved in an alleged aggravated assault at 7:47 p.m. Monday outside Happy Shopper convenience store in the 600 block of East Washington Street.
A male victim told officers he had argued with three unknown people and was attacked by one of them.
Officers determined that the alleged victim had been struck by a metal pole as he and a female were walking into the parking lot of the store. The male was evaluated and treated by Suffolk Fire & Rescue personnel at the scene before being transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury.
