Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s lacrosse team remained atop the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Division II poll at the conclusion of regular season play.

The Saints beat Norfolk Collegiate 19-9 on Monday in the first round of the Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools tournament. They were led by Nathan Dowd with six goals and three assists.

NSA was scheduled to play Norfolk Academy in the second round Tuesday night.
